1. How can I take the Single Course Exam? What are the requirements?

Answer: To be eligible for the Single Course Exam, you must have only one failed course remaining from previous semesters. To apply, you must fill out a petition and submit it to the Student Affairs Office. You cannot take the Single Course Exam if you have failed the course due to absenteeism (lack of attendance) or have not taken the course before. Fulfillment of the attendance requirement and having previously taken the course are mandatory (Only for Final Year Students).

2. How can I take the Make-up Exam (Mazeret Sınavı)? What are the requirements?

Answer: Make-up exams are only organized for mid-term exams (Vize/Ara Sınav). To be eligible for a make-up exam, you must have a valid excuse, and this excuse must be supported by a document. You must fill out a petition along with the supporting document and submit it to the Student Affairs Office.

Answer: You can graduate if you have no failed courses. 6. How can I obtain my Diploma?

Answer: If you have graduated and have not previously received a Temporary Graduation Certificate, you can obtain your diploma by visiting the Student Affairs Office, signing the clearance form, and submitting your Student ID. If you have already received your Temporary Graduation Certificate: You must bring and submit your Temporary Graduation Certificate to the Student Affairs Office when you come to collect your diploma.
